Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few extra business days. You will be notified if there is an unexpected delay in your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–6 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10–25 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours after your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Fabbinventora is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office. Customers are responsible for any such charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees prior to ordering.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to help locate your package or determine next steps.
Fabbinventora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address entered for the order.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order has been submitted, we may not be able to change the address or modify the order. If the order has not been processed, contact us as soon as possible.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and resolve it by replacing the item or issuing store credit as appropriate.
