Promotional Terms

These Promotion Terms apply to all offers, discounts, coupon codes, and promotional events (collectively, “Promotions”) made available by Fabbinventora. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to these terms and all applicable policies and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not participate in the Promotion.

1. Eligibility

Promotions are open to users who are eligible to make purchases on the Fabbinventora website. Promotions may be limited to specific customer groups, regions, or products at Fabbinventora’s discretion.

2. Promotion Period

Each Promotion will have specific start and end dates. Fabbinventora reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are valid only during the specified time period.

3. Promotion Codes & Redemption

Promotion codes must be entered at checkout to receive the offer. Promotion codes cannot be applied after an order has been submitted. Promotions cannot be combined with other codes, unless expressly stated. Only one Promotion code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.

4. Discount Limits & Exclusions

Discounts apply only to eligible products and orders that meet the Promotion criteria (such as minimum order value, selected categories, or specific product collections). Some items and product categories may be excluded from Promotions. Fabbinventora reserves the right to change the list of eligible products at any time.

5. Returns & Refunds on Promotional Orders

Refunds on items purchased with a Promotion are processed according to the Fabbinventora Refund Policy. If a discount was applied to multiple items in your order, the value of the discount may be apportioned among the items when processing a refund.

6. Shipping & Taxes

Promotional discounts apply only to the product price and do not affect applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other fees. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order subtotal after the discount is applied.

7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Fabbinventora reserves the right to refuse Promotional offers or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of Promotion terms. This includes but is not limited to ordering multiple times under the same promotion, using invalid or expired codes, or exploiting system errors.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabbinventora shall not be responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected Promotion codes, errors in Promotion application, or losses resulting from a Promotion being unavailable at certain times.

9. Modifications & Cancellation

Fabbinventora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without notice. Changes to the Promotion Terms may be posted on the website, and continued participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of those changes.
